Customer Deposit

This listing services as a customer deposit for those required to make a deposit before they can claim items during our live shows.

You are NOT required to make a pre-claim deposit unless directed to do so. Deposits are primarily reserved for customers who have defaulted (not paid) previous claims and would like to claim again.

Your deposit will be applied toward the total purchase cost of your basket/listing.

If you make a deposit and do not claim any items, your deposit will be refunded within one week. If you make a deposit, claim items, and do not check out on time, you may lose your deposit permanently and will be blocked from future sales.
