Refund policy
Do to the nature, size, and delicacy of the items in our shop, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final.
Purchases that arrive damaged are handled as described below.

Damages and issues
Please film your unboxing. This protects all parties in case of an item that is damaged in transit. If you unbox an item that was broken or otherwise damaged during shipping, please send your unboxing video, images of the broken item, and a description of the issue to clarocrystals@gmail.com.
In most cases, we're able to issue a prompt refund. However, in some cases we need to pursue reimbursement from the carrier responsible for the in-transit damage. While we make every effort to refund you up front while waiting for the carrier to complete their investigation, that is not always possible.
We promise to be fully transparent and communicative throughout the process!
Damaged items reported without unpacking videos are not elgibile for a refund.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
Refunds
In the rare case of a refund, your funds will be sent via the original payment method. Refunds are issued promptly on our side, but please be aware that many financial institutions (your bank, Paypal, etc.) have their own holding periods that may delay the transfer of your funds. If that occurs, please contact your financial institution -- we cannot control their transaction speed.
There is no refund for shipping costs.
