Shipping policy

We offer $7.99 flat rate shipping anywhere in the United States. That means you pay just $7.99 no matter how heavy your order is! This presents a huge savigs for buyers interested in several items or one of our bulky statement pieces.

Carrier and shipping methods are chosen at our discretion. We may use Fedex, UPS, USPS, or any other carrier to send your package. Shipping speed is determined by the available carriers/shipping methods and your geographic location. 

We cannot promise a specific delivery date and we are not responsible for delays or any other problems caused by strikes, weather, labor disputes, angry delivery people, wild animals, or any other issue. Once packages are dropped with the carrier, WE NO LONGER HAVE ANY CONTROL. :)

If you need priority, overnight, or other special/upgraded shipping, you must pay the full amount for upgraded shipping minus the flat rate $7.99 fee.

Requests for upgraded shipping must be made BEFORE you check out. 

Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information

Please note that you are responsible for entering the correct name, address, and phone number at the time of purchase. We cannot change shipping information once you have checked out and we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages that result from address or other information incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We are meticulous packers! We are very careful about how we wrap items to help ensure their reach their final destination in one piece.

Please be aware that we may use a combination of new and recycled goods to package your items. This is part of our effor to become increasingly eco-friendly and be as sustainable behind-the-scenes as possible.

Packaging materials may include but are not limited to:

  • New cardboard boxes
  • Upcycled cardboard boxes
  • Clean and sturdy paper towels
  • Fresh, fluffy oilet paper
  • Foam wrap
  • Packaging paper
  • Newspaper
  • Foam sheets
  • Plastic sheets
  • Bubble wrap
  • Tissue paper

We encourage you to reuse your shipping and packaging items and/or recycle whenever possible.
