TikTok Live Invoices

Here's where you'll find your invoices for all items claimed during Claro Crystal's TikTok lives, IG story sales, and other non-website channels! Invoices go up Sunday evening - you'll receive a DM on TikTok (or other social media channel if you claimed there) when your listing is  up. Please click on your user name, review your invoice, and head to checkout to complete your order.

Payment is due by Monday 11:59 PST for regular weekly invoices unless otherwise noted. All other invoices are due within 24 hours.

As a reminder, there are no putbacks once your basket has been invoiced and we do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please email us at clarocrystals@gmail.com. Thank you!
