• They are valid for any claims/purchases made via our live sales, website, and on most social media platforms.
• Gift cards can NOT be used on sale sites and apps that  utilize their own payment system, such as Palm Street.
• Gift cards can’t be exchanged for cash. Any refunds issued for damaged merchandise, as per our TOS, will be issued in the form of a store credit.
• Gift cards do not expire.
